• How do I file a claim?

  Once logged in you will be able to file a claim for a plan that you have registered.
  
  Large screen TVs (32 inches and above): We will contact an authorized service center in your area to have your TV evaluated and repaired at your location. Once your claim is filed you will receive further instructions from our customer support team.
  
  For TVs less than 32 inches: We will locate the nearest service center in your area. You may arrange to ship or drop off the TV to the nearest service center.

• I don't know my plan number?

  Your plan number is printed on your store receipt when you made your purchase. It is the four digit number following your plan description. If you require further assistnace locating your plan number please feel free to contact our customer support team. If you can not locate your receipt please contact the store where you made your purchase.

• Do I have to pay a deductible?

  No, there are no deductibles!

• Will my TV be repaired in home?

  In home servce varies depending on the size and brand of the TV you purchased. TVs under 32 inches usually require carry in or depot service using the nearest authorized service center. Large screen TVs (32 inches and above) will be set up for on site service with the manufacturer or nearest authorized service center.
